One lamp covers three wattages and three color temperatures thanks to a selection switch built into the base — pick 17W, 20.5W, or 25W, and 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K, before installation. The ED28 shape and mogul extended EX39 base retrofit into commercial HID fixtures that originally accepted 50W, 70W, or 100W metal halide.

Ballast bypass wiring on 120 to 277 volts drops the ballast out of the circuit completely. Output ranges from 3100 lumens at the lowest setting to 4500 lumens at 25W, with universal burn position and a wet-location rating suited to outdoor wall packs, canopy fixtures, and parking-area retrofits.
