The R1 update to the bronze 7" disk light drops wattage to 9.5W while still putting out 780 lumens — the equivalent of a 40-watt incandescent at less than a quarter of the load. The bronze steel housing reads warm against traditional and transitional ceilings, and the white polycarbonate lens softens the output into an even wash.

A five-position CCT switch covers 2700K through 5000K, and 90+ CRI keeps interior finishes looking right. Energy Star certification, wet-location rating, and a 50,000-hour rated life make this fixture as practical for everyday rooms as it is for a covered exterior ceiling.
