This small ALED area light mounts directly to a wall or vertical building surface in a white housing, throwing broad, controlled light across loading zones, service drives, and perimeter areas without requiring a pole. Field-selectable 40W, 60W, or 80W output and a Type V distribution let one fixture cover a wide 360° area with even brightness on the surrounding ground.

The 3000K warm white softens the visual impact on neighboring buildings and keeps night-sky brightness low, and the fixture is Dark Sky Approved and LUNA 5.1 listed for jurisdictions where dark-sky compliance drives the spec. A WattStopper FSP-301 motion sensor ships pre-wired and factory-set for a 20-foot detection diameter, cutting power during unoccupied hours without a separate control circuit. The white finish stands out cleanly against lighter facades and reflects more ambient light back off the housing itself.
