Multi-tap 120-277V input matches whatever secondary is already at the pole, so an electrician can wire the same fixture on a 120V, 208V, 240V, or 277V circuit without ordering a different SKU. An ANSI C136.41 seven-pin receptacle on top of the housing accepts a networked control node from any major smart-city or wireless-controls system, so a facilities team can add dimming, scheduling, or remote diagnostics later without pulling the fixture down.
