This large ALED area light mounts directly to a wall or vertical building surface, throwing broad, controlled light across parking areas, service drives, and loading zones without requiring a pole.
A 4000K neutral-white color temperature strikes a balance between the crispness of cool white and the softer tone of warm white — a common choice for dealerships, hospitality perimeters, and mixed-use sites that want strong visibility without a stark blue-white cast. Field-adjustable wattage lets an installer step the fixture between 170W, 220W, and 260W on-site to match the target foot-candles or a utility rebate spec. A built-in WattStop occupancy sensor with a 40-foot lens holds full output when it detects motion and drops back to a preset low level when the area clears — a fit for longer throws across parking lots, loading yards, and wider commercial perimeters.
