A 4000K neutral-white color temperature strikes a balance between the crispness of cool white and the softer tone of warm white — a common choice for dealerships, hospitality perimeters, and mixed-use sites that want strong visibility without a stark blue-white cast. Field-adjustable wattage lets an installer step the fixture between 170W, 220W, and 260W on-site to match the target foot-candles or a utility rebate spec. A top-mounted ANSI C136.41 7-pin receptacle accepts a wireless control node, photocell, or scheduling module, so the property can adopt whichever networked control system fits the site.
