This large ALED area light drops onto a 2 3/8 inch slipfitter for tenon-mount installations — the standard fit for shoebox-style poles and mast-arm brackets already in the ground. Type III distribution throws light outward and to the sides to fill parking lots, roadways, and open service areas without wasting output straight down.
Wattage is field-adjustable at the fixture in three discrete steps — 170, 220, or 260 watts, with 260 watts as the factory default — so the same fixture covers a range of site conditions and can be dialed back after commissioning without swapping hardware. At the top step, output reaches 37,434 lumens at 138.1 lumens per watt, replacing a 1,000-watt metal halide with a fraction of the wattage. The 5000K cool color temperature delivers a crisp, high-visibility white that reads well against pavement and building facades. The 480V driver is built for 480-volt service, common on industrial and large commercial sites where the higher line voltage cuts amperage across long feeder runs. Dims to 10% on a 0-10V control circuit.
A factory-mounted Wattstop multi-level motion sensor sits under the housing with a 40-foot lens tuned for taller mounting heights — roughly 20 to 40 feet, the range most parking-lot poles fall in. The 180-degree detection field holds the fixture at reduced output until motion enters the zone, then ramps to full output for the duration of the event, cutting run-time energy without leaving the area dark.
