This large ALED area light mounts directly to a wall or vertical building surface, throwing broad, controlled Type II light across parking areas, service drives, and loading zones without requiring a pole. It runs on 260 watts and puts out 36,992 lumens, with field-adjustable settings that let an installer step the output down to 220 watts (32,749 lumens) or 170 watts (25,360 lumens) at commissioning to match site loads.
The die-cast aluminum housing comes in white, formulated for long-lasting color, and stays sealed with high-temperature silicone gaskets and a polycarbonate lens against water and dust. Efficacy reaches 148.7 lumens per watt at the 170-watt step, and the Type II distribution spreads light along the wall face for even coverage on wide walkways, ramps, and building perimeters. Sized to replace a 1,000-watt metal halide fixture.
A factory-mounted WattStopper multi-level motion sensor with a 20-foot detection lens dims or steps the fixture down when no movement is detected in the coverage zone, and returns to full output when activity resumes. Settings adjust via a handheld wireless configuration tool (RAB catalog WSREM).
