The RAB A22 dark-sky area light delivers Type IV forward-throw output at a fixed 3000K warm white from a non-adjustable pole mount. It carries LUNA 5.1 listing for dark-sky performance, meeting the specification requirements of municipalities, parks, campuses, and HOAs with dark-sky ordinances. A three-position wattage switch on the fixture selects 100W, 80W, or 60W, and a 7-pin ANSI C136.41 receptacle on top accepts wireless control nodes or the included shorting cap.
The die-cast aluminum housing carries a black powder-coat finish rated for outdoor durability, and the polycarbonate lens sits behind an IP66 seal against dust and driving rain. Standard 480V operation, 0-10V dimming down to 10 percent, and a 6 kV surge protector round out the fixture for pole-mounted parking, walkway, and perimeter work where light pollution matters.
