The Emergence Square Head EM unit mounts on either walls or ceilings in a white adjustable thermoplastic housing, with two fully adjustable square LED heads that rotate 360 degrees and tilt 90 degrees up or down for precise aiming along the path of egress. This variant includes 2W of remote capacity for two additional single heads or one double remote head.

A 90-minute Ni-MH battery provides the code-required backup runtime after a power loss, with a 24-hour recharge time.
