This 100-watt A19 incandescent uses a medium left-hand-thread (LHT) base — an anti-theft configuration used where standard right-hand-thread bulbs get swapped out or removed. The lamp fits fixtures wired with matching LHT sockets in property common areas, institutional restrooms, and retail back-of-house spaces where deterring bulb theft matters.
