Ballast bypass wiring means the fixture's existing fluorescent ballast gets removed and line voltage runs directly to the sockets, either single-ended or double-ended. The tube runs universally on 120 to 277 volts, includes built-in surge protection to 0.7kV, and comes PET-coated for shatter resistance in commercial and food-service settings. 80+ CRI keeps colors accurate under the crisp cool-white tone.
