At 14 watts, this 4-foot LED T8 tube replaces a 32-watt fluorescent one-to-one — with the ballast eliminated entirely. Type B ballast bypass wiring routes 120–277 volt line power straight through the G13 medium bi-pin ends, so the old ballast comes out at installation and one common maintenance failure point disappears with it. A selector on the tube itself picks between five color temperatures at install, from warm 3000K through daylight 6500K, so one SKU covers everything from workshop task light to retail sales-floor light.
