This 7.5-watt BR30 LED reflector puts out 650 lumens of warm 3000K light using only 7.5 watts, replacing a 65-watt incandescent BR30 in 5-inch and 6-inch recessed cans.

A 105-degree beam angle covers general room lighting from a recessed ceiling, and 90+ CRI keeps colors true across kitchen counters, dining tables, and living-room seating areas. The frosted lens diffuses the light without hot-spotting, and phase-cut dimming on standard 120-volt dimmers gives you smooth control from full bright down to a soft evening level.
