The Covershield F32 T8 wraps a standard 32-watt fluorescent tube in a skin-tight co-polymer coating that keeps glass fragments and internal contents contained in the event of breakage — the safety spec for food service, medical, and clean-room environments. The coating meets NSF, USDA, FDA, and OSHA requirements and is guaranteed not to yellow, crack, or flake for the rated life of the lamp.

At 5000K and 86 CRI, the tube delivers 3,050 lumens through a standard 48-inch T8 form with a medium bi-pin base, making it a direct replacement in specification-grade fixtures.
